History[]
After another attack by Kitar, The kids were interrogated by Gordon, who began suspecting they are targeted by a hostile organization which is trying to assassinate them. He forces them to be accompined by bodyguards, much to their frustration, as they were busy looking for information about Erika. Diana comes with a plan to take advantage of the situation, telling Gordon that Erika is probably the one who's attacking them, in order to sway the police efforts in her way and help them find her. This plan proves successful as Gordon soon finds information about Erika and invites the kids to hear it. However, as soon as they get to the station, Gordon is shot by one of Woodstock Initiative's mercenaries, as they were willing to isolate Erika from the rest in order to take away her Light. Gordon's death has strongly affected the kids, and especially Diana, as they felt responsible for it. it was this point where they began realizing how dangerous their situation is. The kids also participated in his funeral the next episode.

Detective Gordon was very suspective, as expected from a policeman. He had a hard time believing the kids but eventually seemed to prefer working with them rather than against them
